Refund and Return Policy

At Wyntequeon, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, custom-made products, digital downloads, and digital content that viewed without being downloaded.
- Return Period: You have 15 calendar days to return an item excluded the once motioned above, and from the date you received it.

2. Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery). This will only be postal delay reason and customer must have postal receipt that shows the date item was mailed.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and downloadable software products.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before customer receive item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].
4. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Times: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then contact your bank. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before arrival and can be proven with photo or video upon customer receive the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the physical address which we will provide you. However, if item is from a third party, you will need to contact the third party company regarding any issue with loss, damage, return or refund as well as any issue relate to item purchased.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
